Centrx Hi-Perform SCR Heat Sinks are the thinnest in the industry! Why’s this so important? SCR Heat Sinks are typically used in multiples. Most times a power assembly sandwiches the electronic device between a pair of SCR heat sinks, but depending on what’s being constructed sometimes three or even four are used. Hi-Perform SCR Heat Sinks are 20 to 40 percent thinner than typical industry coolers. The space required for others adds up fast and ends up requiring more enclosure or cabinet space. Plus you’ll need a longer clamp with longer insulators to mount it all together. More cost, more space and more weight.
